Co-founders Amy and Adam Mosier moved to Austin in 1985. 

Amy’s passion for innovative design and project management stems from her years of experience in the spec and custom home building industry. Amy is also a licensed Texas realtor and has a keen understanding of Austin's fast-paced, ever changing real estate market. She takes great pride in her work and makes continuing education a priority in real estate, home construction and green design. Amy is a member of the Austin Board of REALTORS®, Texas Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®

Since graduating from the University of Texas School of Mechanical Engineering, Adam has owned and managed seven companies while managing as many as 90 employees in the warehousing and recycled plastics manufacturing business sectors. During his 25 years of business entrepreneurship, he has built a reputation of providing cost effective solutions to difficult problems. He brings efficiency, attention to detail, and demand for quality workmanship to the residential home construction industry. 

A.M.P. specializes in building and urban infill development in and around Central and South Austin’s well-established urban core, focusing primarily in the 78757, 78751 and 78704 neighborhoods. These central Austin neighborhoods are unique, vibrant communities within close proximity to downtown, the University of Texas, the Domain and the airport. The ability to walk or bike to neighborhood schools and parks, as well as a multitude of established and new restaurants and retail are just some of the valued community benefits.

With a discerning eye for intelligent composition and sound construction, Amy and Adam take pride in building to Austin Energy Green Building standards to achieve a minimum of a 4-star rating. Additionally, A.M.P. consistently strives to respect and maintain the character and aesthetic of each neighborhood while ensuring adherence to the City of Austin’s intricate zoning and building codes.
